1. What is the return policy?

If your purchased artwork does not meet expectations upon arrival, please check out the terms and conditions regarding returns or exchanges in our Returns & Refunds Policy

2. Is there a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, all my original paintings come with a certificate of authenticity.

Fine Art Jewels & Painted stones, however, don't come along with a separate COA. They do come signed by me.

3. What are the dimensions of the art piece?

All the artwork sizes are clearly mentioned in the product details. However, if you need help with the artwork fitting appropriately in your desired space, please get in touch with me @arthuesbymrinalini@gmail.com

4. Are there any frame options available?

How an item will be shipped is mentioned in the product details for each product. Please go through carefully. However, if you'd like to buy an artwork with a frame, we can discuss the option. It would incur an additional Framing & shipping cost. Please get in touch with me @arthuesbymrinalini@gmail.com

11. Can I place a custom-order?

Please note custom orders take longer than regular orders. Please keep enough time in hand before you decide to go ahead with it.
