My Story:

This painting is a testimonial to the lives of Leopards in India. Leopards are increasingly being sighted in many urban cities. Living so close to the cities with the forests receding & the urban footprint ever increasing, they're always living on the edge. At times hiding in plain sight while other times emerging from the shadows. It's difficult to say if humans have entered their territories or if the leopards have entered ours. There's no clear boundary where their territory ends & ours start.

I have used mixed media elements in creating this painting- real leaves, acrylic inks, paints to give a unique feel to the painting.
